about
My name is Dr. Kimberly Johnson, LMHC. I have been providing mental health counseling for more than 25-years. I have experience in crisis counseling, psychological first aid, the treatment of severe mental illness, and, more recently, in the treatment of compassion fatigue. I have proudly supported various responders in the field and supported individuals and communities in healing int he aftermaths of crises. I am also the proud parent of five rescued pups, a member of various national and local animal responder groups, and a shelter volunteer. I am a great admirer of those committed to fighting for the well-being of animals; those who rescue, shelter, foster, advocate, and care. I hope to support your continued good work.
